Confirmation of order comes with the payment. Payments done once remains non-refundable. However, in case of events being cancelled, postponed for some reasons, the amount will not be refunded, and store credit will be given.

In case of change of date for order placed, it must be informed in writing through email at least a week’s time in advance. Any major changes to the custom cakes will not eb entertained at the last moment. Incase if you decide to do so, please let us well in advance. Additional charges may apply depending upon change in design. All designs discussed while placing the order remains to be final in all respect.

All the cakes must be refrigerated until 1 hour before it is being cut down for immediate serving. The management of Sugar n Flakes Bakery will not be responsible in any case about the texture and taste of the cake if it is being left outside at room temperature for a longer duration.

The cake should be carried very gently being kept on a flat surface inside the car with Air-condition working. The cake should not be left in the car for long duration of time.
